My prediction?
This isn't the end of the discussion.
It is only the beginning. There will be lawsuits filed to lift the ban as being unconstitutional.
Perhaps even in violation of the Commerce Clause? Whatever.
The smart attorneys will put in the suit anything they think can win.
After the lawsuits are filed sides will be taken and then the acrimony will continue and heat up. Just wait and see.

NEW BRAUNFELS — Harsh words and accusations have been fired backand forth between those for and against the disposable containerban. Now, with the vote finally done, the feuding groups have a newchallenge in front of them: How do they come back together as acommunity?
“That’s a good question,” District 5 Council member Bryan Mirandasaid Tuesday evening. “I was actually thinking about that earliertoday. I think the most important thing people can do is justsupport whatever the voters decide.”
