An Indian person has hysterectomy after doctors locate Uterus
Published by Julia Volkovah under female organs, hysterectomy on 7:09 AMAn Indian cultivator and father of two had a hysterectomy after doctors revealed a "complete female reproductive system" in his lower abdomen.
An Indian man, known as Ryalu, was acknowledged to a hospital near Bhopal, Madhya Pradesh, after complaining of harsh stomach pains.
Doctors alleged a normal hernia, but when they continued an investigative operation they were shocked to found it had been caused by a female uterus, ovaries, Fallopian tubes, a cervix and immature vaginal tissue.
Dr Pramod Kumar Shrivastava, a surgeon at the Chhindwara district hospital said the patient had outside male organs, was fit from working in the fields, and lived a usual life.
"Normally the contents of the Hernia Sac are abdomen organs like oversize intestines and small intestines but when we operated on the patient we were shocked to locate female immature organs. We have eliminated the organs through a hysterectomy and restored the hernia.
"The sac enclosed quite developed uterus, both the ovaries, Fallopian tubes, cervix and a tissue which is not developed but it seems looks like vaginal tissue," he described.
The man had not undergone any problems in anticipation of the stomach pains which led him to hospital. Though he is medically a hermaphrodite, his hormones and sexuality are undoubtedly male, he said.
"The outer reproductive organs of the patient were male and he has no troubles at all with his sexuality. He had efficient male genitals and there was no shape of breasts in the patient. It's an embryological accident at the time of embryonic arrangement," he said.
The patient, who was said to be as "astonished" as his doctors at the findings, is recovering in hospital and is being hold up by his family.
