Russell Brand rejected entrance into Canada

The star had been likely to perform in front of 5,000 people at the Casino Rama in Ontario.
Brand verified the story on his website, expressing regret to fans.
In May Brand was expelled from Japan. At the time his wife Katy Perry tweeted: "It was for lasts from over 10 years before."
Casino Rama said the show had been "cancelled due to a journey matter being undergone by the star".
In a message published on his website, Brand said: "Tonight's Casino Rama show suspended. I'm apologetic. I can't go into the Canada. We must close down the borders between our nations AND our minds."
The spot said tickets would be respected for a rearranged contest date, but refunds were also offered.
Brand had kept fans advanced with the circumstances at the airport via Twitter.
Hours before the performance pronouncement, he posted: "HELP! I'm gonna be behind for Casino Rama show except someone can enforce Canadian customs authorities to allow us land in Orillia."
Two hours later he wrote: "Let me in! I must do at Casino Rama, Orillia tonight at 9 for 5000 Canadians!"
In 2008 Brand, who now resides in the USA, was refused entrance to the US before he moved there everlastingly. He had been due to come out as a guest on David Letterman's talk show.
