SEGUIN - Guadalupe County Judge Mike Wiggins, who was arrestedMonday night in College Station on a charge of possession of lessthan 2 ounces of marijuana, declined to meet with reporters Fridaymorning at his office in the Justice Center.
Wiggins issued a written statement that was being distributed tonews media:
"At this time, I am working to resolve the issues in BrazosCounty. Upon completion, I will provide a full public disclosure ofthe events that have transpired," Wiggins said.
