Tokyo ward office apologizes for erroneous quake warnings over wireless system

The content of the wireless communication announcement had been intended for quakes measuring at lower 5 or greater on the Japanese seismic scale of 7, but the actual quakes that hit the area had registered an intensity of 2 to 3.
