Russia: US Missile shelter bullies International Security

The Shanghai Cooperation Organization (SCO), a security bloc comprising upon Russia, China and four ex-Soviet Central Asian states, approved a proclamation warning against a one sided boost up of missile defenses after their chiefs met in the Kazakh capital.
The six members of the SCO said in a joint declaration that the sequences of missiles enhancement by a single state or by some narrow group of states could imbalance regional security as well as international security.
Separately from regional heavyweights China and Russia , the SCO also includes the major Muslim ex-Soviet Central Asian states of Kazakhstan , Kyrgyzstan , Tajikistan , and Uzbekistan .
The member states cover three fifth of the Eurasian land accumulation, a territory of not less than 1.5 billion people, or a quarter of the world's inhabitants. It was built up about 10 years ago to grow the regional strength and cooperation.
The America says the protection is meant to dodge the rising threat of a missile attack by Iran , but Moscow says the main objective is to deteriorate Russia .
Russia and China have enhanced relationships, after a close to a war in past decades, and as enduring members of the U.N. Security Council the two states have expressed concerns to Western-led declarations, including the recent criticizing of Syria's bloody raids on anti-government demonstrations. China and Russia have unwillingly supported four rounds of U.N. sanctions against Iran over its nuclear program.
