Oliver Letwin, Cabinet Office Minister has confessed dumping government papers in park bins near No 10. 

He was photographed by the Daily Mirror setting out of private correspondence and government documents over five days.

The documents assert in excess of 100 were thrown away including communication on terrorism, national security and constituents' private details.

Mr. Letwin admitted he sometimes disposed of photocopies of correspondences in the park but rejected they were "sensitive".

The minister, who is the head of developing government policies, was observed in numerous separate images throwing official procedure in dust bins near Downing Street.

On one instance the West Dorset MP was seized handing papers to a cleaner holding a bag.

According to the Mirror one paper explained how intelligence heads "failed to obtain the reality" on Britain's involvement in terrorist questionings.

It said Prime Minister David Cameron, Liberal Democrat head Nick Clegg and Chancellor George Osborne were all brought up in the documents.

Many correspondence letters were addressed to the commons intelligence and security committee, the paper added.

The Mirror said the papers were destroyed at the time early morning walks before work in the summer.

According to the cabinet office spokeswoman said: "Oliver Letwin does some of his parliamentary and constituency letters in the park before going to work and sometimes disposes of copies of correspondence there.

"They are not correspondences of a sensitive nature."

Tracey Emin, Turner Prize-voted artist has put in a neon sign calling for 'more passion' surrounded by Downing Street's Terracotta Room at David Cameron's demand.

The piece of art, which includes a neon sign reading 'More Passion', has been hung up by Cameron in a main Downing Street room that fronts onto a study utilized by Margaret Thatcher when she was in rule. 

Cameron commissioned Emin to craft the piece of art one year ago, with the Turner Prize nominee granting that the work would have to be a leaving from her common style, which has been distinguished for its strom in the past. 

'It has to narrate to different people on different attitudes because of all the public figures and world leaders and religious groups who go to Number 10,' Emin said of the sign, which she has contributed to the Government Art Collection. 

However, not everybody is delighted with the art. A government source told the Sunday Mirror of his displeasure: 'It has the very exact effect of ­making the Terracotta Room look like a nightclub. 

'It is very brilliant. That is sharp by the reality that the entrance lobby it faces on to is quite dim.'

The Terracotta Room is one frequently utilized for hospitality, hosting significant functions for personalities who visit the prime minister.
